By accessing or using MarketRoom ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

MarketRoom provides a marketplace platform that connects Nigerian sellers and buyers. Sellers pay a subscription fee to list products; MarketRoom does not charge commission on sales.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfilment of orders, and compliance with applicable Nigerian laws. MarketRoom is not a party to any transaction between sellers and buyers.
