For Sellers
Every new seller gets 30 days from signup to pay for a store, with no credit card required. You can list products, set up your store, and start receiving buyer contacts immediately. Pay monthly store rent before the 30 days end to stay active.
If a rent payment fails, your store enters a 3-day grace period where it stays visible. We retry automatically after 24 hours and again after 48 hours. If both retries fail, your store is suspended until you pay rent manually.
Share your unique referral link with other sellers. When they rent through you, Marketroom collects their monthly rent centrally and routes 90% to you every month they stay active. Single level only. Their own referrals earn nothing for you. Your own store rent must be active to keep earning.
Referral earnings clear after 24 hours and are paid out automatically to your bank account. The minimum payout is ₦5,000. You can also request a manual withdrawal from your dashboard.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your rental plan at any time from your seller dashboard. Changes take effect on your next monthly cycle.
Buyers tap a WhatsApp button on your store or product page. They are taken directly to a WhatsApp chat with your registered number. No middleman, no platform messages.

Yes, completely free. Browse stores, search products, and contact sellers at no cost. You will never be charged by MarketRoom.
MarketRoom does not process orders directly. When you find a product you want, tap the WhatsApp button to chat with the seller and agree on price, payment, and delivery together.
All sellers on MarketRoom have verified accounts and active store rentals. We recommend reviewing their store profile, product photos, and asking the seller any questions you have before committing to a purchase.
Yes. The MarketRoom web app works on all devices including iPhone, Android, and desktop, right in your browser. No download needed.
